Subscription terms & privacy
Chunyu Healthcare Capital Intelligence (“Premium Intelligence”) is published by Chunyu Zhang (张春雨). Payments are processed by Stripe; the merchant name on your statement is Chunyu Capital Intelligence.
1. Plans and currency
Membership is billed monthly or annually. Readers in mainland China are billed in Chinese yuan (CNY); readers everywhere else are billed in US dollars (USD). Only one currency is offered to you, based on your location when you first subscribe; an existing subscription keeps its original currency. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.
2. Founding Member offer
The first 100 qualifying new members worldwide receive the founding monthly price for their first 12 months, after which the subscription renews at the standard monthly price. The offer is limited, applies to new members only, and is not reserved if you cancel.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Member library using “Manage subscription”. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
If you are subscribing for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by emailing [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in. Access ends when the refund is issued. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
5. Content
Premium Intelligence is independent research and editorial analysis based on public sources. It is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Membership is for personal use; please do not redistribute full member articles.
6. Privacy
We collect only what is needed to run your membership: your email address (for sign-in codes and account notices) and your subscription status. Card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored by us. Service providers used: Stripe (payments), Supabase (sign-in and account records), Resend (sign-in emails) and Cloudflare (hosting and approximate country detection for pricing). We do not sell your data. To access or delete your data, email [email protected].
7. Changes and contact
If prices or these terms change, we will notify members by email before the change applies to a renewal. Questions: [email protected].

币种：中国大陆读者以人民币计价，其他国家和地区以美元计价；每位读者只会看到一种币种。已有订阅保持原币种。
